Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

I purchased the BF Pro the day it was available and I still am not able to obtain the perks that show unlocked. Would be nice to get the things I purchased weeks ago.
