Problem still not fixed. I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section (showing up as locked or not showing up at all). Some of the skins have unlocked, but most of them haven't. This is not a good way to convince me to spend more money on the game if I can’t be sure I am going to get what I paid for.
Instant unlocks not unlocked:
Brodie( says I need Recruit Tier 0, which is completely unlocked)
Speak No Evil( supposed to be a Recon Nato skin, can't find it in Recon loadout at all)
Bad Medicine( not in Pax support loadout options, where it should be)
SOR 300C Wild Beast ( says I need Recruit Tier 0)
Parachute Transparency ( says I need Recruit Tier 0)
Ignition (can't find this at all, should be in Pax engineer loadout)
6/12 paid items unlocked – I contacted Playstation for a refund and they said to contact you guys. They cannot refund Battlepass pro.

Same problem I bought battlefield pro a month ago when it released with season one and still not even an acknowledgment that hundreds of people are missing skins that we paid for. absolute **bleep**
they’ve been “looking into it” for a month now so they must be some kind of **bleep** if they haven’t figured it out… I don’t know. I’m running out of hope.
Same exact bs i have with the PRO bought it and still more then halve locked!! Its really starting to Grind my gears!! This should be PRIO 1 bcuz it cost 25+ Euro/usd. Tf taking so long. I bought it for the instant rewards and cant use it ffs

Same issue here, i just bought it thru the EA app yesterday and, as stated fom the OP, the tierskip work but not the zero rewards.
Leaving my comment to help with visibility. We as consumers are being given nothing, EA claims to be aware of the issue but it has persisted for almost a month now without as much as a peep from EA/BF Studios. Even more ironic is the fact that EA is now PATTING THEMSELVES ON THEIR BACKS because BF6 is now the highest grossing BF launch…..hmmmmmmm I wonder what’s helped with those numbers??? Surely it isn’t a faulty product, right?? Best we can do now is submit a report to the FTC and contact a consumer agency/lawyer and just keep giving information about it. WE DESERVE EITHER A PRODUCT THAT WORKS AS ADVERTISED OR OUR EFFIN MONEY BACK. EA IS BEING SUPER SCUMMY ABOUT THIS!!!!
Same for me on Xbox, paid for the pro battlepass and I still have yet to receive my instant unlock rewards! I’m starting to think that they have no intentions of giving us what we paid for!!! 😡🤬💩

same here. I bought Battlefield Pro 2 days ago and getr the only almost half of the instant rewards. Tried everything they said, restart the game restart the computer verify the file etc. nothing happend. More than half of the rewards still looking locked.
