Leaving my comment to help with visibility. We as consumers are being given nothing, EA claims to be aware of the issue but it has persisted for almost a month now without as much as a peep from EA/BF Studios. Even more ironic is the fact that EA is now PATTING THEMSELVES ON THEIR BACKS because BF6 is now the highest grossing BF launch…..hmmmmmmm I wonder what’s helped with those numbers??? Surely it isn’t a faulty product, right?? Best we can do now is submit a report to the FTC and contact a consumer agency/lawyer and just keep giving information about it. WE DESERVE EITHER A PRODUCT THAT WORKS AS ADVERTISED OR OUR EFFIN MONEY BACK. EA IS BEING SUPER SCUMMY ABOUT THIS!!!!
Same for me on Xbox, paid for the pro battlepass and I still have yet to receive my instant unlock rewards! I’m starting to think that they have no intentions of giving us what we paid for!!! 😡🤬💩
