Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Purchased game and BP via Steam. But BFPro pass and half of my content is unable to be access even though my battle pass says I unlocked it. Can't find direct support link to EA. HELP!

They just dismissed me, saying they already know about the bug and I'm not the only one, literally and then ended the chat. Customer service for EA is terrible, just dismiss everyone claiming there's a lot with the same issue with no fix...
