Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Purchased game and BP via Steam. But BFPro pass and half of my content is unable to be access even though my battle pass says I unlocked it. Can't find direct support link to EA. HELP!

You and all of us man, welcome to the **bleep** show lol. EA absolutely refuses to acknowledge this glaring, obvious issue because that would no doubt make us eligible for a refund. Don’t believe anything support tells you, they’re just give you the stall while nothing continues to get done…
