Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I've bought battle pass last week but haven't received any of the cosmetics. I don't know why or how to get them as it shows them to be locked still. I've contacted support however they say it is not something they can do on their end right away. I've tried changing factions and refreshing the game a number of times but nothing seems to be working.
