Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

When are we going to be compensated for the battle pass free rewards that aren't free , and challenges that stop tracking for pro pass owners????

when are ea app purchasers gonna get a free s1 battle pass for the botched release? Never. They will never compensate you. You have been played. They got your money.
