Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

You re right...but guys what are the options for a solution they don't even reply properly on emails. This is unacceptable.

How we can provoke them in media? Maybe create an image that matches the situation and post everywhere?
