Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

I have purchased the battlepass Pro, but have not received the 6 instant unlocks.. please have this patched up. I noticed other people out in the world has experienced this massive issue on not getting what they purchased. Please fix this ASAP. This fraudulent to us players.

Last week they have patch it. But now another issue with the new event not receiving progress.
