Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

I'm having the same issue; the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section. It's not showing up at all. All of the skins in the instant unlock section have been unlocked, but are not showing up in the Loadout section. Is there a fix for this?
