Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

I just realized it's not only in the instant unlock section, it's also all of the battle pass sections, some skins show up, and some don't what is the fix for this??? I tried to reinstall and repair, but it is still happening! Need help with these issues...
