Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

December 22nd. Just decided to use my Battlefield Pro access token. Didnt get anything but the 5 extra unlocks from it. I just sat here in shock that this is a WIDESPREAD issue and just found out they are refusing to fix it. Not gonna lie im pretty pissed i wasted money on that. EA is doing its usual scams.
