Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

I still don't have all of the skin loadouts. Forest Sentry, Serpentine, Fragmentation, Counter Accusation, Still Waters, Health Is Wealth, Wellspring, Trudge Through, Blooded, Heartstopper, and Divided Patterns.

And I preordered.
