Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

I also pre-ordered the game, and I have the Phantom Edition content for PC, and I still don't have my "Nomad CX-12," and I am 10000% sure I finished the winter offensive content. After checking to see if I have gotten all my content, I came to find out I am missing all my preorder skins also..

Forest Sentry, Serpentine, Fragmentation, Counter Accusation, Still Waters, Health Is Wealth, Wellspring, Trudge Through, Blooded, Heartstopper, and Divided Patterns.

What is going on here?
