Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Still an issue Bought the battle field pro edition with battle pass and nothing is unlocked I am also frozen out of many of the battle pass items. This needs a fix now and if not a refund for all the battle field pro purchases being none of the content is usable or accusable.
