Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

still didn't unlock for me either. This is wack. I finished all the challenges during the event, and im done doing challenges, wasting my time and not getting my items.... WACK!!!!
