Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

I have several items I have purchased in the store and I also got the pro package and phantom package and I do not have all my item. I have restart my system so many times it’s unreal. Nothing. I either want the items or a refund at this point.

And I’m sure you have the ability to look at all iv purchased. To spend that much and only get about half the main items is very shady at best.
