I received the Veteran Rewards on 15 Dec 2025, I claimed them and then checked the inventory no rewards found. I have attached the screenshot also when I received it. Please check, need those rewards it's unfair.
Same. Saw the message, clicked on it, attempted to claim them from the link in the message, took me to the store, no indication in the store of where to claim them. Went back to the mailbox and the message disappeared and I haven't seen it again.
It's possibly not the case for you all, but I just went through my loadout for PAX and found both of the skins. I just thought I'd mention it in case it's the same for anyone else.
What do I need to do to get the rewards? I have all the games, a battlelog account with bf3/bf4 for years. The EA app with the games in my library and the games on Steam. What more do I need to do to get the rewards? I've played BF series since 1942.
Support now says they are aware of the problem, have had "tons" of reports of the issue and are working on a fix.
Of course sadly no ETA, but at least they acknowledge the issue and are working to fix it.
I just finally got my original daily login rewards, weeks later, so who knows how long it will take.

You do nothing you just get the message in BF6 messages tab, but right now its broken some received the rewards but others and me did get the message but no rewards.
I still haven't received the veteran rewards.
