Battlepass rewards - bf6
11.01.2025 i bought battlepass PRO by steam but i don't receive the instant rewards from battlepass normal, only from the PRO version.
Already try close e re-open the game and other things asked to do.

I am having the same issue with the Battlefield 6 PRO Pass and multiple rewards are missing. I bought the PRO version early and did not receive the 25 tier skips or any instant unlock items. Several skins and weapon packs that should be unlocked like Golden Valor Speak No Evil Brodie Transparency parachute and Bad Medicine are still locked even though my tiers show as completed.
Support has not been able to fix it and keeps giving responses like known issue or please wait and refuses escalation. It looks like a widespread entitlement bug with the PRO Pass and not a normal glitch.
Adding my case here so DICE and EA can see this is affecting more players and hopefully prioritize a fix.
