Battlepass states new unlocks upon each game start

For two weeks now my Battlepass keeps telling me upon each time I start the game that all my unlocks are "new".
Yes even when I restart the game (which was often needed thanks to this great bug that after a round you can't select a new mode) I get them marked again.

I have to check each item in each option to mark them as "seen" everytime.
