BF 6 Asian Server full of bots, something wrong with Matchmaking

Every game we queue, we are getting bots and servers don't fill, we end up playing 8 v 8 and rest bots up to 24 players in both teams. We have tried all modes and it always ends up in bots, we rarely...

ZA region. 16 player modes get stuck at 12 players, says populating with bots but doesn’t. This at peak time on weekend so no way there aren’t players. Large 64 player modes at least work but usually have 10-20 players and rest bots. Crossplay on on pc. Game feels dead already but surely must be a matchmaking problem
