Blank Screen Of Death

Platform: PS5

Game: Battlefield REDSEC

Issue:

Every time I go to Portal Discovery, select any Portal server, and press Enable, the game opens a completely blank screen. The UI never loads. I can still switch tabs with R1/L1, but the page stays blank forever.

What I've tried:

Restarted the game

Restarted the PS5

Restored licenses

Reinstalled the game

Other information:

Gauntlet and Battle Royale work normally. The issue only happens with Portal Discovery. About a week ago, one recommended Portal server worked, but now every Portal server has this issue.
