I experienced (and others in the same game) on the map Eastwood that the building near objective B on conquest literally blinds you completely when it is on fire or something. This effect also happens when across the map, but here some screenshots that show the severity of the blinding effect.

It happens frequently to me after using drones. If it happens, then the thermal vision while using a drone is ok again, once moved back, it is blinding.
It only started happening today for me (after the recent update) so I only had the chance to play this map twice, but both times this occurred.
I haven't played a match where it does not happen. I tried walking toward it and there was a building/garage on fire across from B... a smoldering effect underneath when I went past... but if I looked at it from other angles, my entire screen (90% anyway) was orange glow... impossible to capture B when this happens. I will try to get screenshots next time.
