Blurry ADS

There’s a lot of times where I zoom in with a scope on an AR and it’s really blurry. I’ve tried changing some graphics settings but nothing works. Is this a bug or do scopes purposely get blurry if you’re aiming far away? Also, some matches I’ll get this weird green hue over my screen like I’m looking through a camera or a tank. It’ll go off for a little then pop back up. Someone said it’s because a teammates using the spotter scope? These have been driving me crazy
