why am I not getting pass in the bonus path any more Cant Unlock the new weapon

It's intended, I'm afraid. We won't be able to complete the Nighfall bonus path until the next batch of challenges next week. If you're desperate for the new SMG, you can complete the pass now using in-game currency. Alternatively, if you can pick one up off of someone who already has it and rank it to level 10, you'll be able to use the weapon package version (N.B. you won't be able to change attachments) until the pass can be completed next week and the stock one is unlocked.
Thank you for clarifying this! I haven't gotten any battle pass points at all for the last 4 days and countless games.
