Border on screen like a lens (flashing), see pictures

I'm seeing this on Operation Firestorm in vehicles and on foot. A weird lens type looking border. I've attached pictures and a video.

    Thanks for the report! Try disabling the Vignette option in your settings — that should help for now.

    Thanks for the reply. I double-checked, as it is disabled and has been since day one. I only notice this happening on Operation Firestorm.
