borderless and windowed mode do not work with dual with multiple monitors

I cannot access my second monitor while in game. regardless if the settings are "borderless", "windowed" or "Fullscreen". leaving applications like Discord, Google, Steam or music applications inacce...

I am also encountering this issue. I want to be able to move my mouse freely between both monitors, but regardless of the mode, my mouse is constrained to the monitor where the game is located.

OS: Windows 11

Graphics card: RX 6600

Monitor: LG Ultragear LPS
