bought phantom pack but....

Good evening team EA I purchased the phantom pack for PS5 and have not seen the bonus items =( and i also did not see items on my "Road to battlefield 6" on my battlefield 2042 game rewards tier. Can you please check what might have happened... i bought the $109 for the phantom edition im just wondering  why I did not get the bonus items for both games.
