Breakthrough Map Switching Bug

I have noticed a bug in Normal Breakthrough and Casual Breakthrough where after a match, only after Siege of Cairo, once matchmaking starts, it will immediately say "Next Match Ready" but the game will be stuck on the post match results screen and will never load the next match. Quitting to the main menu and relaunching Breakthrough will fix the issue until Seige of Cairo, and the bug will activate again. 

I have noticed this since launch and even after the recent update.
