BSOD due to NULL pointer problem

I get a memory violation warning and then BSOD seamingly random when playing multiplayer. My memory is not tweaked. They are checked ok by diagnostic and I have 64 GB.  I have tried all kinds of fixes I have red here and on other sites but one are working. 

And now i get "E_INVALIDARG_80070057_bf6.exe!Unknown" BSOD as well.
