Bug- can't see ally bodies & can't see weapon or scope

While playing conquest on Empire State I've encountered a bug where after I die and respawn, my allies don't have bodies (all I see are floating guns) and on my pawn, I can't see hands, my weapon, or my scope. ADS does not work, it just zooms in slightly. I can still see the laser attachment if I have one equipped, and can ADS with vehicles. Dying does not fix this, and it appears to happen with all loadouts.

Additionally, textures can appear low res but this is not always noticeable if it does occur.
