[Bug] Scoreboard getting stuck

Another update. Reinstalling did not fix the issue. I've now change my windows side right click on my mouse to be a key on my keyboard, then set that to ADS in game. No issues so far. Soooo new theory, its not the action of aiming down sight that causes it, but something about the keybind being set to the right click button on the mouse.........

It's exactly like it sounds, randomly mid match, I'll go to zoom in and fire (LT on controller) and when doing so, it instead opens up my scoreboard. Once it's opened this way, it cannot be closed without either dying in game, or restarting the game. If the dying option is used, the bug may persist and happen again, over and over again. How long it persists seems to be random, sometime it will happen 3 times, sometimes 8 or more. This is starting to happen to me every single match and is making it completely unplayable.

Before the update on 9/9/25, the scoreboard would occasionally open, but could be closed, however post update, the scoreboard cannot be closed unless killed or the game is restarted.

Coming to report I also just encountered this issue.

Same issue for me: sometimes right clicking opens the scoreboard and then it stays open.  Usually it happens when I'm not in a menu and I go to ADS but today its also happening on the spawn menu when right clicking.  Also it's worse today then before because it never closes and I have to alt f4.  I have encountered this randomly for months but today is the first time the scoreboard hasn't closed and I've been forced to kill the game.

Man I haven't been this pissed in a very long time. This scoreboard glitch has been happening since day one for me on Xbox series x. So much so that I would randomly click my left trigger at the beginning of the match just to see if it would do it. Once it did, usually shuffling through stuff would get it to go back or of course dying was the go to. Never to happen again for many matches after. Or at least not more than once during a match. Also occurs on all maps. Since this recent update, not only is it more frequent, but it also stays stuck no fixing it even upon death it can do it again, just did it too me 3 deaths in a row and only fix is just running hip fire rest of the game which is trash. I'm gonna restart but this has happened everyday since release. I actually thought they knew about it and would fix in this update but after reading everything on here and other places, seems this is a very persistent and annoying glitch. Only fix is no fix honestly. Only thing I can think of that may have caused this is I originally wanted my scoreboard to toggle on and off so that I'm able to screenshot good matches, well the glitch has happened since I messed with that toggle. That's what I think it is. I'm gonna switch it back and see if that works but at this point I have no idea. This is a game breaker.

same here, got stuck when trying to mute an annoying teammate.

I have this issue too. For me it happens alot on the new snow map on conquest, just happened a few times on the same map but domination. Other maps works fine so far. 
Conquest on the new map is completely unplayable, usually after about 5min of playing it starts happening and then every time I ADS the scoreboard gets stuck on screen and I have to die to get rid of it just for it to come up again the very next time I ADS. 

Tried to rebind the scoreboard and reset binds for both the scoreboard and ADS. Also tried to reinstall the game but nothing worked so far. 

I’m on PC, Steam. Started happening after the patch, never had it before. 

I am on the Xbox Series S

This is a stupidly annoying level of bug. When I try to shoot enemies with LT, which is the aim on my controller, the scoreboard suddenly pops up and stays up until I die. I pressed every button on the controller to fix it, but nothing happened. The scoreboard literally blocked my screen. This happens very frequently during the match, 5 times or more than that. 

I have been playing the BF series since BFBC2.(I didn't play 2042) But BF6 is the WORST.

Battlefield 6 is literally Unplayable 

I couldn't close the scoreboard, neither mouse nor keyboard would respond, I had to quit the game and restart, a waste of another 20 minutes slugging my way through Breakthrough, the worst mode in the game.

I've had this once, the scoreboard would not close, I had to restart the game.
