Campaign and Multiplayer content missing

Preorderd The Phantom Edition on the EA APP and completed the preinstall. This morning I attempted to play the game after it;s release time and was told I needed to purchase the content that was already preinstalled. I uninstalled the game, reinstalled it. uninstalled it again but reinstalled it on another drive (an M.2), repaired the game, EA App recovery Clear the Cache, and nothing worked. I am simply waiting now for a solution being I know now It is not me alone who is having this issue.
