I am also missing 1 collectible from Always Faithful (Mission 1). Its the second collectible you find on the chest with ammo near the spotter team on the hill. I found it the first time I played the mission but I did not get credit for it so I replayed it again and its not there.
Are you missing second dog tag?
If yes then it is not the one you said, the one on the ammo box near the spotter team is the first dog tag to get in this mission.
The second one is in the server building in the room where you put c4 on the pillar for the second time just before zipline to the roof.If I am mistaken then sorry for confusion.
