Once you have collected the tag, you have it, you don't have to run through and grab them all again on a re-try (this is why the tags you do have don't show up on a re-try). You can just play the mission again if you finished it and just grab the missing tags, this is useful if you clear a mission but realise you missed a tag.
I think people on this thread alrerady knows this.
Its not so much that its gone, its that it doesn't register for the collectible achievement even when picked up...CPU_UK But I haven't picked up the dog tag? Specifically the first dog tag (#2 collectable) on the first mission. It never showed up in the first place. It's bugged.
Must be a new bug, I missed one tag on my first run through the entire solo and had to play the first mission again. The tags I already had were not there, but the one I missed was.
