Campaign collectible not completing challenge after being picked up

Problem: I have collected all the campaign collectibles, but the "dogtags all" challenge remains at 29/30, and "campaign-always faithful" remains at 2/3. At one point, I collected all 3 collectibles in the Always Faithful mission, but this did not register/complete the challenge. If I try to restart the mission, the collectible cannot be picked up again, as expected.

More context: After my first time completing the campaign mission, Always Faithful, I had only collected the second and third collectibles that you could come across. When I found out the first collectible can be found at the start of the mission, I restarted the mission, picked up the dinosaur (first) collectible, then I quit the mission, expecting the challenge to be complete. When I realized the challenge was still stuck at 2/3, I restarted the mission again, hoping that completing the whole mission a second time might have been what I needed. Unfortunately, the dinosaur was no longer there, and finishing the mission again did not solve the problem.
