Cannot Report and Block Cheaters on RedSec

Cannot report and block cheaters when killed by cheaters on final circle since game ends soon...
Recent meets only display 32 players, i cannot find the cheater on the list most of time.

i've been playing bf6 500+ hrs, RedSec duo around 200 hrs, won more than 50+ games but lost too many final circles to cheaters even its id is "cheat seller"... I just killed by a "cheat seller" wall-hack cheater “皇族.cc-买挂” 1 v 1 in the endgame 1 hour before, and this was not the first time i saw its ID. 

“皇族.cc-买挂” and "寶劍", I met wall-hacking and auto-aim (withou hiding) cheaters using these two IDs several times,  and of course i couldn't report and block them. The first ID users are kind of cheat selling orgainization  and the second one is a individual user I guess. Why you cannot just ban cheaters via their IP address or PC motherboard serial numbers?

Players hate cheaters... The matchmaking time takes too long these days, most of players on east asia or singapore servers are no more playing RedSec because of cheaters. I even cannot find a lobby more than 40 players whole afternoon on weekends.
