Can't hit multiple keys at once on keyboard on xbox

I can hit multiple keys at once on keyboard on my Xbox but it worked perfectly fine when I play on my pc. I've now sold my pc and haven't used my Xbox in 2 months and now I'm back and it's still an issue. It makes the game almost unplayable. If I want to hit w to go forward but d to move right a bit only the first key works. The second key doesn't register. If I want to throw a grenade or use equipment I have to stop moving to hit the use them. If it works on PC why can't it work on xbox?
