Can't play multiplayer evn though everything is installed

So as title suggests, i have all content installed on my Playstation 5. I do console share with my friend but no other game we share has this issue. However, when i launch the game i get hit with 'purchase to play'. I've restored licenses, re-installed the game and restarted the console a few times as suggested. After looking on forums it may be a EA licensing issue, but as far as i'm aware that only affects mainly those who bought the game through the EA launcher on PC. If anyone has faced this on console and has had it sorted any advice or tips would be great thank you.
