Car automatically reverses and can’t move forward in "No Sleep" story mission

While playing the single-player story mission "No Sleep", there is a sequence where the player must drive a car to chase a subway train. However, as soon as I enter the car—without pressing any keys—the car starts reversing on its own. When I press the "W" key, the car just stops in place and still won’t move forward.
I have never changed my keyboard settings, and I’ve checked the ground vehicle keybindings—W, A, S, and D are all correctly assigned. I’ve tried restarting the game multiple times, but the issue still happens every time I enter the car.
Because of this bug, I’m completely stuck in the mission and unable to progress. Please look into this issue. Thank you.
