"Complete a mission without needing to be revived." I ran three missions today, October 22, did not need a revive but the challenge did not complete.

I've got all the campaign challenges completed except "Challenge Expert," so I greatly appreciate your help.
Since I have completed the campaign on Recruit difficulty (in order to collect all the dog tags) and on Hardcore difficulty, I gave it a rest for a couple of days while I did Multiplayer and I think that I should go back and do one mission on Regular or Veteran which I have not done before, and that could solve the issue.
