Challenge Expert can't be completed

The problem occurred while I was playing the single-player ACT 2 campaign; the challenge page is red (all challenges locked). After finishing ACT2, I restarted the game. Then I guess my account was bugged. 

I had already played all missions in the hardest difficulty two times, and the Challenge Expert campaign was still at 8/9 ( All missions clear in  hardest difficulty)
