Challenges not updating or progressing to next challenge after completion

In the challenges tab, the first issue is with the track challenges saying there are four tracked challenges, but only showing three and not able to equip a fourth.

The next issue is in the California resistance challenges the first challenge saying visit unique stashes will not progress past 4/5

The next issue is in the weekly challenge section each week that is completed does not show that it is completed

The next issue is under assignments under the class tab. The engineer three is showing completed, but remains 0000/2500 damage and will not let you progress to engineer specialist 1
