Character Face Texture and Lighting Issue on Manhattan Bridge Map

There is an odd texture and lighting bug that causes all characters faces to become mismatched with the rest of their body model. This bug occurs only on the Manhattan Bridge map and may have to do with the lighting. I have not seen this occur on any other map. I have attached two screen shots showing this issue.
