Class Abilities Gaining Exp Too fast

Hello,

I've encountered an issue in which my class abilities are becoming active without actually gaining the exp needed to activate them, leaving me unaware if I actually have the ability available. Furthermore, at least with Recon and Assault the Level 3 ability becomes active multiple times in a life causing a lot of screen disruption and the exp bar flashing on the screen. The abilities sometimes do activate as well, which could cause and unfair disruption in the gameplay. I've had this happen across multiple modes, but king of the hill and domination seem to get the exp fastest.
