Same problem. Have played a complete match (twenty hours worth atp), restarted, verified integrity of game files, and reinstalled - can't even re-track the challenge like some people have said to do. Despite this post, from a community manager, implying we could fix this issue by contacting EA Help, an EA advisor told me directly that they are unable to manually add rewards to a players account.
With today's patch failing to address this issue, why should anyone feel confident about the future of this game?
In the meantime, while waiting for them to fix their $70 game, make sure to buy the battlepass.
