Complaint: frustrating customer support I had in ages and a scam in general

I wish to rise a complaint against EA and support.

Here is the situation:

I was trying to get "Preserve Peace" dog tag. It said that I will get it if I bought Rogue Rivalry (1300 BF points). Didn't receive it. I though maybe I misread the offer, I've tried again as it asked to buy Spectral Division (1100 BF points). 

SURPRISE: didn't get that dog tag either. So now I bought these two packages in hopes of getting Preserving Peace dog tag, yesterday right after BF points purchase and none of them contains it. But now I am asked to buy yet another one - Dead Angle (and the same requirement now is to all new dog tags that has this yellow B shop icon under the "Other" dog tags in dog tag lists)

So I didn't get the dog tag and support refuses to add dog tag or to refund BF points for false requirements. I really doubt I'm the only one affected and this is misleading your own player base. Whoever wanted this, they had same issue and I'm rising it now. 

The support:

Support is chatting like they don't know whats happening, not following the case at all, like they didn't read what happened and asks random questions that doesn't help. Doesn't prepare themselves before replying.

Then after each of my replies different agent responds. Each of them ask different info but doesn't assist with issue. One asking screenshot of game, other just confirms what I see, other asks steam payment proof, and other offers to post in forums

Here are screenshots of dog tag requirement as a proof. "Available in XXXXX offer" is changing after buying previous request. That's not how it should be working, this is scam

I'm very disapointed in support help and and limits as agent said they can't refund BF points. Due to your error I spent more than what I was gonna.

Alsho thank you one support agent who actually did something during life chat (Abhey). You are best support who finally gave a normal update on the matter
