After the update, I have 2 challenges for rank 1 that have been completed, but it hasnt rewarded me the weapon. I am able to complete rank 2 of the challenge, even though I have not been rewarded the weapon from rank 1.
Same here. Missing unlocks for the KORD 6P67, QBZ-192 and the Rail Cover. No response from EA support, not that I ever thought I would get a response. This company's support is atrocious.

HOW can they not fix such an pathetically easy and obvious bug, i paid f*cking 70 Dollars for that game.
Is there anytype of fix ??? resynced account for steam with EA but after there patch and lowering challenge numbers i have about 4 weapons and class achieves that WONT unlock. they being silent about this ?>!?!?!?! HUGE ISSUE
Same for me... no SCW-10 after Close Quarters 1, no support insign after Support 1 and some other completed after the patch. I completed several games to "resync", no change.
And now ? I've just completed Support 2 and instead having the Support 2 insign, I got the Support 1 I was supposed to get early.
