Completely white screen / daylight bloom / exposure on Liberation Peak

On Liberation peak, while standing inside a small metal trailer, slide outside quickly and daylight bloom increases steadily past normal values until screen is completely white after 3 seconds and stays completely white/no screen visibility for around 3 more seconds. To clarify, the light stays overexposed while standing outside, i.e. I did not re-enter the building. Repeatable
