Crosshair Thickness Setting Not Working on PS5

There’s an option in the settings menu to adjust the crosshair thickness, but it doesn’t work at all — changing the value has no visible effect in-game.

I’ve tested this thoroughly on PlayStation 5 Pro (see attached image of the settings menu). The dot in the center of the crosshair remains extremely small, making it very hard to see during gameplay, even when the thickness is set to THICK.

For comparison, in Battlefield 2044, the crosshair dot is noticeably larger — I’d say at least four times bigger — and much easier to aim with.

Other players have also reported this issue online (searching for “crosshair” brings up similar complaints).

Expected Result:

The crosshair should visibly increase in thickness when the setting is adjusted.
